The drip trays are fixed and hence it’s very difficult to clean if something spills.. Was expecting better engineering at this price, very disappointed.

Knobs is very small and poor quality. Sharp edges on stove steel frame bottom end sides. Poor finishing. Black spot is coming on Brass burner after 2-3 days of use.

Pros:
1.Product build quality.
Glass,burners,knobs, ignition switch
all parts are of superior quality.
2.Smooth operation.
Gas knobs, ignition are working like butter smooth and swift.
Overall full satisfaction guaranteed.
3. Service center and their services are good.
Cons:
1.Product packing
As few people mentioned in earlier reviews, you will receive this product in damaged condition for sure.
No safety measures taken while designing the product packaging.
The product packaging has to be improved a lot.
Unnecessary service center calls, servicing is required due to transportation damage that is caused by poor packaging.

Product was good. The packaging of product was pathetic. Received product in manufacturer packing only. Lot of scratch over glass top. Can not expect such poor packing of glass top stove. Replaced the product and again received replacement in more poor condition. Finally returned the product next day of delivery. Will take same product , offline after lifting lock down and proper opening of markets.

Does not have an independent ignition system. At times they do not work. Have to use external ignition.

It’s a worst product..customer service is horrible. I received the item eith one auto ignition burmer in damaged condition.As l could open the packet on the house warming day only l couldn’t get it replaced as the repalcement days were already over.later the second burner damaged within 1 month.l have sent a mail 5 months back ..but nobody turned up…please dont get into tjis trap…dont buy it…it is a complete loss for me…
