Product delivered before time. Easy to unpack and set up. The flame is pure blue and gives the impression of low heating but in actual use it was more than adequate. So far the controls work smoothly although they take some time to get used for adjusting the flame.
Good value if it lasts 24 months without fuss.

Very poor quality of spares, the washers started to leak out gas within 6 months of use. I have replaced the washers at a very high price, very bad quality. Dangerous if you don’t know that washers have to be replaced when knows get tight while starting Stove.

It is my first experience with Glen which is very good till now. Love the design and the 5 yr warranty on the alloy burners. Burners are very good and gives a good amount of heat even in low flame. There are two different size burners. Although the glass is 4mm only and not 8mm as might be mentioned in one of the pictures it is a great buy for me.

Stove itself is simple and compact size. And performance is also pretty good. Manual ignition is smooth but one defect is found in left and right unbalanced pipeline under as photo shown. Overall, satisfied.
