The stove has yellow flame issues. Ordered a replacement and the same issue. Utensils become black within 5 mins. Also the burner stand is of substandard quality coating. Polish burns within 1 use and it sticks on the utensils.
One more issue is with Amazon saying free installation@Rs.0. though a stove doesn’t need any installation, I called up Glen to help with the yellow flame. They asked for Rs.250 and said to complain to Amazon because they will charge irrespective of the offer. Complain to Amazon and it didn’t help (no response at all). Best Avoided!

Design is good, Pan support is sturdy but the paint peels off in 2 months which is not good but I have no issue with it… Knobs are good, burners are good but if they get dusy or something sticks to it then it will give yelloeish flame..sso clean your burners every month..and glass is of really good quality it also have 2 years glass warranty … I feel one feature is lacking at this price point @3100 rs there’s no piezoelectric auto ignition… It should have been designed in this stove. Otherwise it’s bestt…

I have no idea what the pan supports might be made out of but they absolutely ruin the bottom of your saucepans and pressure cookers. Horrible black marks that you cannot get off. Never known anything like this. Messaged Glen customer services through my Amazon account but no explanation given.

The company called me to offer a rs. 300 installation when it shouldn’t even cost 100 because amazon offers it for free based on location. Pathetic customer service from Amazon and cheap loot tactics from the company GLEN.
