Nice, very good quality product. Double deep tray, br. burner, 8mm T. glass with auto ignition Battery type single battery I got Rs. 6,411/- during Oct’18 offer.

Ignation button is not working and flam gets low in every 15 days. Fadup by Customer service

This is a good product. Glen has a very good after sales service easy to install and very easy to use

Stainless steel frame is bend either at seller or at manufacturer site. This is because of very thin sheet of plate. It is not auto ignition because we have to press separate button for ignition. Two hands are required to ignite the burner. This is similar to using a match stick or lighter. This information is not given in description. Largest burner does not ignite with battery operated spark. Other two are working after settings. Except glass top nothing feels like premium quality. Height of stove should have been little more. Hand touches the floor while opening knobs due to less height. Overall not worth of the price. Auto ignition stoves are available at one third price and they also work nicely for five years. No mention of ISI mark.

After around 18months it is not working, the burner head became loose, it had 2yrs warranty but customer care not responding

The product looks good and sturdy.The auto ignition was erratic on two burners.The service centre in Kochi was unhelpful initially in promising to come and not turning up.It took the intervention from central customer care for them to come.
They came and turned the sparking wick and then it seemed to be ok.Two days later it has become unable to light the same two burners with the auto ignition.Due to my previous experience ,I have not bothered to call the service centre again.
Other than this issue the stove is functioning as promised

Good product , using since 4 months . Nobs got tight and low flame for 2 burners but was attended by service team , now working well.
