Amazing product. The service center had created issue for service. But the customer care promptly intervened and got my issue of “low flame not working properly” sorted out on immediate effect . 5stars for the support . Love the finish of the stove. Looks very premium and the flame quality is good. It’s heating up better than my old stove from pegion.

Last but not least price doesn’t justify for this product. Nothing so special that we need to shell out 10k+. Most of other similar products are available for much lesser price in manual mode.

Pros: We are using this product for the last 3 months and impressed on its performance. The product is heavy and stubborn. In-built lighter is working well so for.
Cons: Cleaning near burner area is little tuff job as the there is no removable tray.

I had an Elica hobtop since last 4 years but their so called Italian burners and spare parts were good for nothing. It was totally spoiled before a week and thats when I decided to look for another stove from an Indian brand. After searching for sometime, I ended up on this beautiful Glen Cooktop. I was totally impressed by all the positive reviews and hence, I bought it. It was delivered just today and OMG, its absolutely fantastic! The whole product looks stunning on my kitchen platform with that all black design and compact form factor. The burners are forged brass and totally made for desi cooking which we actually need. I managed to request for installation and PNG conversion through their Whatsapp business account and to my surprise, it was all done smoothly. The guy came within an hour post delivery and did all the work with proper hygiene and safety precautions. The auto ignition is really amazing cause it ignites in less than a second once you turn the required nozzle. The parts have a 5 year warranty which is applicable once you register it online and the whole product has a 1 year warranty. This is just the best thing you can get for your kitchen if you have a budget of 10k. Its simple, elegant and sits right between a stove’s efficiency and hob’s design. So a cooktop is a mix of both and it will never disappoint you. I am truly happy to own this and Glen has done a fine job. Go for it! #BeVocalforLocal
