Excellent product quality, buying for 2nd time. Aluminum alloy burners as durable as brass but makes the model cheaper. First one is still in working condition after 8 years with minimal maintenance.

We had old glen 4 burner stove purchased 10 year back with sturdy body with good glass. Burners also good. New glen stove with same model is lightweight with very top thin glass. Though standard 1 year warrenty and 5 years on burner is given by manufacturer we are not sure about quality as we compared with our old glen stove. Hope new one works well. Right now it’s working fine.

Hi Guys , It has been 2 months since i purchased this cook top. Intially it worked fine . but one day @ sim first burner stopped working . When I raised complaint after a week and mutliple follow ups technician visited at my place in Pune.
He tried to resolve the issue , as soon as he left the gas caught fire we some how managed to switch it off . Again called the person and this time he some how fixed the leakage issue in the cook top pipe. Now again @ sim first burner stopped working . This time I called his manager Mr. Mayur Jadhav now to my surpise he said this is how GLEN Stove works @ SM it will always stop. When I asked him to gimme in written he said this is not possible and promised to visit my place on wenesday .
Now after purchasing so called international brand I am thinking a local brand might have much better quality and service…
This is the worst product . I request not to buy if you want your familiy to be on safe side.
