Very difficult to clean and product is overpriced

Had to get the warped brass burners replaced three times. They also -on their own – changed the ignition wiring to a really shaby looking contraption because “it may stop working”. Despite the product being under warranty, you need to pay for technician’s visit – for replacement failed parts under warranty. They tried replacing brass burners (under warranty) with some crappy looking aluminium burners. Rubber beeding under the glass-top bulged out in a week.
The pain of dealing with them to get service itself is a good reason to keep away from this brand.

Not a worthy product at all.
Just after a few days – the burners started giving trouble. Automated ignition is not working. Burners are defective & switches on with a blast…
Have tried contacting Glen customer care several times – but absolutely horrible response. Nobody bothers to revert on service or replacement.
