After making many camplaints . Engeneer came and nothing happened only ordered part but after 25 days when I called him he cam with his subordinates and did something it stopped to leak. But not for a long time . The hobs burner blast one day and it jumped one feet height and looks like a bomb sound. That was so scary. It’s god blessing nothing happened to us . Never bought hindware kitchenware. It is one month after situation. They are not listening only making fool. A engeneer named ANIMESH PANDEY is so rude and avoiding.. told us he will raise request to change hob. But now he is saying it not happened. Worst coustomer service. And if you want your family safe. Never bought hindware kitchenware.
I don’t recommend this seller. Seller send me a product which is not according to description. In description it says black spill plate but I got white. When I opened package for cutting counter top I realised that I made a big mistake there was a gap between glass and case body but the retun window was closed so I have to keep it with all its fault. Please don’t buy anything from this seller maybe you get a faulty product after spending a use amount.
Never buy hindware kitchen product. There after sales service is worst.. Hindware products can make your life hell. Suppose someone is using Hindware Hazel hob and suddenly it blast like a bomb because of leakage. You don’t know what will happen. You lost but they are making money. His engenier Animesh Pandey an arogent person is so confident that no one listen your complaint. And really he was right After one month nothing happend. Part is in transit.
