They look beautiful and solid outside but if it fails once, they do not have strong after sales service. I took it for 21k (different model) and one day it was blaster under the hood due to gas leakage. I raised a service request to fix it but they were unable to fix after multiple triels and finally stopped picking calls and closing tickets without fixingit. I tried in Twitter as well but there is no one to take it seriously.
Finally I took old model gas stove which is simple and no chances of failure😀
