Good Hob at en extremely affordable price. Been using the product for family cooking for the past month, having no issues whatsoever.
Easy to maintain and clean.
This is a Hybrid Hob, that is can be fitted into the Ota (Cooking Platform) or can be used as a regular cooktop.
A bit care and regular cleanup will keep the product lasting really long.
Easy installation. Plug and play. One battery (included) which works for the auto-ignition.
The knobs are fabulous and the overall looks .are extremely cool.
The flames area perfect blue.

Using this 4 burner iBell hobtop for the past 15 months, and I can now provide an informed review of this product. Initially, like many others, I believed it was a good value for money. However, there are several issues that are likely to arise after purchase. While iBell may assist with the initial installation, or leave you to handle it, once that’s done, you’re left to deal with the problems.
The product rusts quickly, the burners deteriorate abnormally, and the auto-ignition stops working within a few months. At this point, iBell’s customer service becomes unresponsive, and the product’s condition worsens rapidly. Your investment becomes stuck, as no spare parts are provided, and they’re also difficult to find elsewhere. Calls to customer service go unanswered, and even if you write to them, email, or submit a complaint on their website and what’s app no response at all.
In the end, you’ll likely find yourself needing to buy a new hobtop from a more reputable brand, as this one will end up being a waste with no value left. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against purchasing the iBell hobtop. 15 months has been more than enough to reveal the reality of the product and its poor customer support. If anyone still decides to buy this, think 10times.

These are Triple Ring style burners, but they seem to do the job well enough. I have no complaints on cooking times or less/more BTUs than other burner designs and it has been in daily use for a month now.
The glass is still as good as new and I don’t expect it to crack or shatter if handled with the proper care.
As of now, iBell has provided the additional 4-yr warranty on the product on registration. so far, so good.
I own other cookware from iBell and they seem to be of good quality and I expect no less from this product as well.

1The burners are too close to each other to be used together even when you use one large and one small pot. Yet there is enough space on the surface to spread the gas rings out so that at least three of the four can be used at the same time. Ergonomically unsound. 2. The ignition on two do not work.
This stove has been designed by someone who has never entered the kitchen. I regret buying it.

I have purchased iBELL 590GH Hob in Oct-2021, everything works well for 3 months till Dec-2021 after that auto-ignition stop working for one burner, and the flame is uneven because gas comes out from brass and aluminum joint in between burners, there is some gap created due to heat after few months of use. Use to see enclosed videos and Whatsapp conversations for more clarity.
I have logged a complaint on Jan-2022 and shared detailed videos with them, they have responded well in the beginning and said they will deliver faulty parts at my home address and align the engineer accordingly within the week when parts will be received. Almost 3 months since the complaint was registered no replacement parts are received after several follow-ups. Customer care is useless, they don’t know what is going on and just give you excuses and apologies only.
What is the benefit of 5 years extended warranty if no after-sales service suppose to be given?
They are cheaters, don’t trust to buy any products from iBell.
Trust me I am a tech. person and this is genuine feedback and this product is inefficiently designed.

I have been using this ibell hobtop for 18 months. I can give perfect feedback for this product. Like every views at first sight, I have thought it was value for money. But the below issues will be faced by everyone after buying. Somehow ibell will manage for initial installation or they will make you to do. After this you are caught. Prouct will rust faster, burner will burned abbormally, auto iginition will not work after few months. Now no one from ibell customer will respond for your complaints. Product will deterorated faster. Your money is locked with no service.. Spare parts will not be available and alsothey will not provide. No one will pickup phone in customer service no. You will write letter or send mail Or submit complaint in their website, surely your issue will remain. Finally you will be forced to buy another good hobtop from other branded company. This prosuct will become waste and zero value. Kindly be careful on buying ibell hobtop. Bad experience. Suggest not to go for this. 18 months is more than enough to express the reality and their worst customer support. Any one buying this beyond the real experience, only God can help.
