It’s a horrible burner from KAFF. The Burners of the machine melted down in just 3.5 years. I have been reporting the issue to dealer, customer care and who not. No one is responding. Their CRM team isn’t even aware that the burner come with 5 years warranty. They have asked me to submit invoice of the machine like 10 times. Everyone who come forward promises to solve and nothing happening. Neither burners are being repaired, nor are being replaced, nor is the machine being replaced, nor is the refund being made.
Horrible customer service of KAFF. Will never buy a KAFF product in future with kind of bad product and worst service.

We have been having problems with our table top hob burners right from the day of purchase.
We had raised a complaint and your service enggs after visit had stated that the burner has to be replaced.
It is now more than nine months since our purchase and no action has been taken.
We spoke to your Service head Mr. Ramesh in Chennai who promised action by 15th July for which we told him we will give time till month end.
Unfortunately nothing has happened till date and when we called Ramesh he stated casually that he is still awaiting approval

Hopeless product and pathetic service .
I bought the top most product of kaff hob and chimney . The burner stopped burinig in 6 months . Service guy charges rs 500 for every visit . In 1 yr already 3 visits are done and yet fixed . Service is pathetic.

One of the worst product I have ever purchased before .. no service no response. From the day 1 I have raised complaint right from installation and repair no response from the service centre. I have purchased the product in the month of Oct 2020 within 1month centre knob got problem .. service person viisited the sotte after repeated complaint he came and said knob had some issue will replace within 15days. Still now I fighting with them no reponse . My sincere request you all think twice before purchase this product .

Burns fuel more than needed

We bought a new 3 burner HOB from KAFF in Chandigarh. We were told it is a reputed company. The on/off knob caught fire after 5-6 weeks of use. When we called the service technician ( Vikas Gulati) he told us that we may have dropped some liquid and that’ why it caught fire. Company is saying that their stove is likely to catch fire If any liquid remains while cooking/cleaning the stove.
Also, the company won’t fix the flaw if you misplace the bill because we did. The technician clearly remembers our installation as it is so new. The dealer ( Jain Crockery Store in Sector 18C) cannot give us a copy of the bill. He says he makes the bills without names.
