Perfect flames and latest design burner with auto ignition.
Cons:
Sometimes auto ignition doesnt work..need to start and try multiple times and then first try jumbo burner and then medium burner’s auto ignition will work. Other wise it’s worth under budget.. updated : flame quality reduced after 1month usage
I had in mind Haute, due to delay in delivery cancelled.. Whirlpool is now elica branch i had ordered and in 2days returned due to slow flames..paid 10.5k for old design burners

No customer care number very bad service don’t know how to reach customer care for complaints says 1year warranty but how to make use of it.????
Defective item received after complaint customer service not able to replace the item. On call one of the customer service staff lady speaks rudely & disconnected the call even customer asking for query’s –
Amazon customer service not able to create replacement order when defective item was received. Called customer service for asking replacement option one of customer service executive speaking rudely on call and disconnected the call even customer is asking for replacement help.
Whenever I ordered any item in disconnected price or sell maximum time the item which i got is defective or faulty.

Auto ignition function not working proper, all burner ignite same time, and low flame is not as per standard or as reqiured

The auto ignition is by a battery (supplied) not connected to power. The auto ignition works only if the right side burner is on. The rest is fine. For the price paid, value for money.
