Service is extremely poor. Virtually no after sales support. Requirements are not spelt out upfront. Response time is too long. There is no option of auto ignition on ac supply, which is not spelt out clearly in the literature.

1. Quality of the product is good
2. Brass Burnels of different size for small, medium and big containers, with big one it can support of cooking 2 to 3 kgs rice or curries.
3. Flame is blue with good pressure.
4. Glass is 8mm same as other brands
5. Overall very good product with reasonable price.
