HAZARDOUS PRODUCT!! DO NOT BUY. Writing this review after 2 years of usage. The burners are alright. Two big burners give good flame. Look of the stove is good too. But only after a few months of usage, gas started leaking from one of the burners, the knob was broken. After two years, the same thing, knob is stuck and broken, gas is leaking again. But the most disappointing thing is service. When contacted the service centre, they said they ll repair the stove after 4 to 5 days, so after a lot of calls and followups the stove was repaired after almost a week. GAS STOVE REPAIR MUST HAPPEN IMMEDIATELY as gas leakage is hazardous. Pigeon must STOP selling stoves if they can’t provide service within a day or two. The product must be pleasing to the eyes but I highly recommend to not buy this as parts are not good quality and service takes forever.

Wrting this review after about 3 weeks of usage.
1. On its own its a great looking product especially when contrasted against a white background. But on a black counter top, which is most likely the case, and with a very narrrow side profile the stove doesn’t look as good as I had expected it to. Not a deal breaker though.
2. Finish is very good – corners are smooth, knobs well done, and underside too is neat. Overall that makes it safe and easy to clean.
3. Design – There as some flaws here. The burner stands are all of the same size, so very small vessels are difficult to place. Secondly, the stands are not as wide as my previous stove and moreover they are flat, this makes round bottomed vessels (Kadhai) very instable when stirring- be carefull ! Not an issue for flat bottomed vessels though.
4. Performance – Evenly distributed blue flame, directed more upwards. That takes care of not heating the knobs too much. Knobs too perform smoothly.
5. Durability – mixed opinion on this. The first piece that I received had a broken leg and had to be returned. Its worth noting that the magenta legs are alumunium cast and not very resistant to impact. The underside is steel and that should last long. The glass top is thick that looks tough but due care has to taken as is expected for glass tops.

The only thing I dislike about the product is it’s design of pan support which is not hinged as compared with all gas stoves. Otherwise the product is superb. it’s sleek, beautiful and very efficient about lpg usage. With my old gas stove one cylinder lasted between 1 & half months ,but with this stove so far it’s more than 2 months and still it’s running.
If u don’t have any problem with the pan support then it’s a very gud purchase.
PS: Although pan support is not hinged on the additional spill tray but I never felt any problem whilst cooking,So far 👍.

I bought infinity 3 burner stove in 2022 and glass got broken while cooking within 2.5 years. But, they said, it’s 7mm toughend glass. But I tried to reach out pigeon customer care more than 2 weeks,still they are saying replacement glass is not available in stock. My personal experience, Don’t buy any product from pigeon, there is no proper response from the team. Better you can go with any other brand
