MANU –
One of the burner was backfiring. Even after 2 visits from technician , the burner backfires and leaks gas rapidly. The 3 burner stove is essentially 2 burner only. PLEASE DONT BUY

Very bad product….very risky to use caught fire suddenly the mechanic said it is a manufacturing defect …..highly recommending not to buy this product…. extremely bad experience with the product

One fine day….While the burner was on low intensity the plastic knob caught fire suddenly. I still do not know from where the gas leakage was there. It was ordered through Amazon and that too a product of such a reputed company Prestige. Must say that a so called premium Brand “Prestige” has lot its prestige.
If we would have not been cautious enough the whole house would have been on fire. Such a shame. worse experience.
MUSTUFABHAI RUPAWALA –
I had a lot of expectations while buying this product but a huge let down. As because of the lockdown after receipt of delivery we couldn’t fix it now when I have taken it out of the package see the following deffects and the customer care experiance:-
1. The extreme left hand knob was backfiring and hence we nearly had a big accident if we didn’t have the quick presence of mind to turn of the supply from the cylinder. The entire knob got damaged because of this defect.
2. On complaining on the above issues the prestige people sent some technician of indane gas who was kind enough to change the knob and fix the problem
3. Know after almost 15 days of using the same the burner head of the same side is tilting and leaking gas . So again my mother stoped using it, and now this is where my ordeal begins.
4. Trying to report on the above issue to prestige they at first sent again a person of indane gas who refused to even look at the problem and then when I asked him why he says indane doesn’t approve prestige as it is made in China as per this indane gas technician. Now after he left without even looking at the problem I again called prestige who says that they are sending a technician within an hour it was three days back still now no help.
Please arrange to replace this deffectjve piece.
And now we are starving to death cause neither Amazon or prestige is helping us. K have 70 year old father and a 65 year old mother how shall k feed them .
MANU –
Left side knob got damage after few days of using and remaining knob very tight it requires additional force to open and shut down … Mid knob get shut down if you keep it on low flame it works on only high flame only
