Out of three burners, two didn’t work. Got it replaced. I just hope it was a defect in that one piece and not every product they make. Hoping the repalced item turns out to be good.
Look and feel wise, the product is good. ISI certified, and the gas nozzle is to the right.
Replacement came yesterday. Same problem. When you turn it to sim, the gas stops working. 4.5k for nothing.

After use of 6months it’s flame has become very low in all the burners.

My gas stove has been doing great. The red colour strip on knobs breaksn off in few days. But besides that it’s absolutely trouble free
No leaks, burners are great, glass is still not broken.
Some other users have been complaining about quality, glass etc. Maybe they selected some bad Seller and got fake piece or something

On receiving the gas stove it looked everything okay. Working condition was also good. But the left side body was bent inward which was not visible in the normal way. So I returned the item immediately because after paying this much money, cannot accept damaged item. There was no replacement option and hence I had to go for repurchase.

Product is best but AT THE DILEVERY TIME DOESN’T LOOK AT THE PRODUCT SAFETY PRODUCT SHIPPING AT DILEVERY HUB PRODUCT IS NOT HANDLE VERY WELL “CRASHES” AND COLOUR DAMAGE IS I SEE SO THINK ABOUT DILEVERY COMFORT, BECAUSE PRODUCT HAS GLASS BODY. THEN PRODUCT IS BEST

overall look and the glass top is good. burners are effective and with difference sizes to accommodate various sized utensils. However we experiences leakage in the middle nozzle 2 times and we had to call for the service. First time the technician found the nozzle screws loose and 2nd time they found a leaky nozzle pipe, which they replaced. Service is fast and attentive. I feel Prestige should concentrate more on quality tests to avoid these kind of technical issues.

Gives Elegant look to kitchen, easy to clean except if some liquid spill of, glass heats up while cooking but gets cool too.. nice one
