The product is good which I got delivered
Glass is getting heat while using beside burner after usage it gets cool
Flame is super and you can cook very fast

All parts were intact, packaging was extremely good, Product is excellent and you can clean it easily, glass is tough and durable atleast I am assuming it since it’s a first day of its use I am writing this review.

What I was ordered by seeing pics it was not matching what they delivered
Extra plate with hole provision given but it picture it was moulded . During to this while cleaning water will drain over kitchen slab.
2. Rings given by at big burner was cracked with in a week. So quality of this also poor
3. Edges are becoming dull while cooking top coat paint eroded.

The glass stove itself very sturdy and looks elegant.all the four burners have great control and the knob has right amount of tightness to control the gas.overall it works very well..the only problem is that burner pate doesn’t cover the entire burner ….so it takes some time to clean..I would love it even more if it has medium flame control….

This stove was purchased for a home used as a weekend residence. In 6 months, we have barely used it for 10-15 days. We could not go there during the lockdown. After about 2 months of not being able to use during lockdown, when we entered one day we discovered the complete glass top had shattered. Gas cylinder was switched off. Nothing has fallen on the glass–as is clear from the pictures, the entire glass top has simply shattered from the edges (if something heavy had fallen on the stove, glass would have broken in one place, but this is across all the four edges–the entire border has shattered!
There was no direct sunlight or any other heat source too. We discovered the entire kitchen had glass pieces on the floor and on the platform, etc — we don’t know what exactly happened, but there seems to have been some kind of sudden shattering of glass.
Prestige claims this glass top is toughened and shatterproof, so I don’t understand how the glass top can dangerously break like this without anything falling on it. And shatter throughout all the four edges. Clearly, this product is either very poorly built or the materials used are of poor quality. It looks good, but a gas stove is about safety, not looks. And want more proof that Prestige doesn’t believe in their own quality? The glass is claimed as toughened and shatterproof but is NOT covered under warranty.
And once you complain to Prestige to come repair the glass, they take FIFTEEN days to even forward the complaint to a service centre, who then asks for FIFTEEN MORE DAYS to get glass!!!! Which means for one month-plus you cannot even use the stove. Plus, the cost of the glass top is Rs 1900 plus taxes, more than one third the cost of the stove. This is nothing but LOOT. TERRIBLE QUALITY, POOR RELIABILITY AND NON-EXISTENT AFTER-SALES SERVICE!
If you still want to waste your money, go ahead and buy this product!

After seeing all the reviews I was not sure weather to buy it or not but thank God! I got a quick delivery with good quality product. Even though it’s not durable compared to two burner stoves, it vll be of great use to people who likes to cook 3-4 things simultaneously in their busy schedule. Bought it for 5.2K.
