Frequent burner issue.Glass top gets heated very much.Product is highly risky to use.Already lodged complain but still no positive response only excuse.

I have recently purchased this product i frequently get the burner’s issue. This issue was raised after using one month, raised multiple service requests technician also told this is not a good product. So i suggest don’t buy this product and don’t waste your money. I request to prestige to stop sell this type of products to customers, which is under quality measure. Over all experience with this product half ⭐ only.

I have purchased this product 3months ago since 2 months I am facing many problems with the burner sometimes it it takes too much time to get on or else flame is not standard makes unpleasant sound from burner all the time it is trembling I want the replacement please dont sell outdated products to make money from innocent people by cheating them with troublesome products

I have received defective item, means if I press single hob.. Ignition occurs at both burners.

Defective product. Burner shape is deformed after 3 months of useage. Burner spare is not available to buy in any prestige service centers
