The box i received is not damaged as others said. But the packaging can be a bit more secure, its only provided tge brand box only. Now coming on to the product its awesome on its first look will update if there is any issue while using or anyother complaint occurs.

I bought this product under the lightening deal. Being an existing user of the same brand Tawa, I knew that to expect. Some reviews were disheartening and I was worried about the quality of the product. But Amazon amazed me once more…

The product was delivered by Amazon and the packaging was so good that it could endure any tough fall or earthquake.
The product:
Beautiful, perfect kitchenware that is a must for all households. It has a Saucepan, Tawa, Kadai, and Frying Pan. There is a glass lid for the sauce pan and the Kadai (which can be used for the Frying pan as well because of the same circumference). The product has a warranty card (though not sealed) I just have to take it to any near by Prestige shop to get the seal.
Quality of the Product:
There is no need to doubt the quality of the product. This is hard core non-stick and to be honest, the Dosa slipped off from the Tawa when I tilted the tawa a bit. It is smooth and durable and effective. I am using wooden Spatulas as I want to maintain these for a long long time. Sturdy and good handles.
Overall a very good purchase. Happy with this. Thank you, Amazon for the deals that you offered from Oct 1-Oct 5. I was able to buy things that I wanted to since a long term.

I chose Prestige with confidence but was surprised that the handle of the saucepan was broken, the frypan was also not in shape. Unfortunately I had to use them because I had shifted to a new home and had only an induction cooker.

Product was delivered within 4 days again excellent service by Amazon. This contains a tawa size is good enough to make large size roti,s etc, a fry pan, a kadhai, and a small milk pan. All products have excellent finish, and smooth coating from the inside, which makes it non sticky, there is uniform heating base on all the products described above. Used to create chilla, to test the non sticky part , was completely satisfied, in fact also uses Less oil too. Only problem was the lid for kadhai and pan which was same was not fitting properly, that’s why will exchange this product. May be this is a manufacturing defect.
