Auto ignition not working

Not working and now they are refusing for replacement. Worst service and product of life. Waste of such a huge amount of money

Was using stainless steel gas prior to this so this product was a huge upgrade.
Used is as counter top gas for few days as our kitchen shelf didn’t have hole to place it in (still looked fantastic). Now that we have it placed in the shelf, it looks even better.
– It is made up of plain reflective glass which makes it easy to clean (it’s a finger print magnet but I don’t think anybody touches gas too often)
– ignition system is battery operated (battery fits at the bottom and is easily replaceable)
– easy to use
– feels really durable. Glass is thick. Every parts feel premium.
– 2 big and 1 small utensils can be placed simultaneously.
– LPG inlet is in the back near right corner.

The look is good. Very slip. The auto ignition does not work at one go, you have to keep the button pressed for sometime to get the burner worker. At the price, I expected better and faster auto ignition
