I bought this product because I liked the stainless steel design, especially the knobs are steel coloured too… yet the actual product has black, ugly looking knobs.. ordered a replacement specially mentioning about the knobs yet still got the exact same thing… either restock the picture-like model or change the item catalog picture..

This gas stove is blackening the utensils right from day one. Also gas stove stops abruptly causing gas leakage.
Even their service persons are unable to fix it.
