The stove may be economically priced and seem appealing for some of its features, however the service and repair system are extremely lax, the burner knob has loosened because of which I called the customer care who slotted a service provider. This service provider hasn’t answered even once, the customer care advised us to mail them with the ticket number thereafter but despite multiple reminders there is no response. Please don’t buy this burner, there is no point I getting it for a reasonable price if you cannot have it repaired easily.
