2 out of 4 burners not working properly in less than 3 months of purchase. Happened when has cylinder was replaced. Had a hard time getting service complaint number. Finally called and was assured sreenivas visit. Waited for a week. No one came. Then received call from engineer but it has started working again.

Not a good product, they are more interested to grab money from customers for small work. Lpg to png is charged too for a brand new stove.

Really satisfied with the product quality, each parts were at its best. We were shocked, When we received the package. Amazon delivery people were searching the product under too many heavy packages. In fact the box was stickered as FRAGILE.
While opening the box itself there was a dent in the stove, clearly it’s understandable that it was caused during transportation. Sunshine had delivered just now manufactured (October) product. Logistics team should take care of their handling in products( depending upon the type).

This Four Brass Burner Gas Stove with Manual Ignition is a good product.
It has a linear arrangement of 4 stoves – which means there is mostly no need to “access something at the back” and risk “hot contact”. The length is good, but perhaps, a little more would have been even better.
The knobs are big and smooth. Though that is not an issue, this is a suggestion for future design – the knob rotation could probably have a lowest flame point at one extreme and off at the other with a clear max flame setting as well.
The flame distance and oxygen planning is very good – we get to see mostly a colorless or bluish flame with little golden tinge – that could mean combustion is happening at its best.
Very happy with the product, it is easy to clean and maintain – and so far no issues. Highly recommended this configuration to several visitors in my home who also seem to be excited.
