Using Vidiem for the first time. Was very apprehensive in the beginning. But the product beats the expectation. Looks elegant. Flame level is very good. Its better than Butterfly brand. One negative point is there is no spill tray which makes the cleaning process cumbersome if something spills over. We also had a small issue with the knobs, raised complaint and it was addressed promptly by them.

Never imagined it to be so poor in quality.Our Prestige burner lasted 8 years and in working order till we changed to this horrible burner.

The delivery was good, the product was intact. The product’s working is also decent for regular usage for a family. The only disadvantage is that the height is a bit low, you might want to get a stand. Overall good product.

I received same brand but not same in the picture. The product is showing 4 side closedstove. but I received one side closed stove at the same time packing was good. but I received damaged box. But product was safe. i think this is transport side issues gas stove alignment have changed. I was fix this issues my local Aerea services. Otherwise no issues. Thanks Amazon and seller.

Product quality is rigid.
The power of flame need to be improved and double spill tray option will be good if available.
