THE AUTO IGNITION NEVER WORKS PROPERLLY AND ALTER SALES SUPPORT IS ZERO .VERY MUCH UNHAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT . IT DOSENT WORKS FROM 2ND DAY ONLY. AND THE MOST WORST PART IS AFTER REPETED COMPLAINS IN CUSTOMER CARE NO ONE CAME FOR REPAIR OF MY BURNER TILL DATE . IT IS LYING UNUSED FROM DECEMBER2023. NOW I AM THINKING TO GO FOR A LEGAL CASE WITH AMAZONE FOR SELLING A FAULTY PRODUCT

The stove looks very nice and worked well initially. Even in the first visit, the technician found it difficult to get the auto igniter to work. Later it stopped working entirely. Repeated calls to Whirlpool customer care don’t yield any results, even though it’s still in warranty. My experience with other brands, like LG, has been that they respond immediately. So this is a disappointment. The most attractive product is useless if it doesn’t function the way it should.

Worst product from Elica/Whirlpool, 3 burners not working in 2 months of usage. Customer service is pathetic, no response after complaint even after 15 days. A road side 1,000 rupees stove lasts more than this whirlpool stove. Don’t buy anyone, waste of money. I bought paying full amount without any discount, wondering what will be quality or discounted product.

I purchased this product for the following reasons 👇 but i would like to review this product now after using it for a week.
* There is more space between each burners, and it is not placed one behind one which is actually good, i will not burn my hand.
* I personally prefer cooktop stoves because it is easy to install, clean, maintain and there is no too much of drama like built in hob. This model met with all my requirements.

First and foremost, i received this product in good condition
Pro’s
* This product is classy with smooth knob and i received without any scratches.
* This model is an auto ignition, 1 large size battery is required (C size battery).
Cons
*Auto ignition will not work properly from outbox, all 4 ignitions were tiled and not in the right place to ignite.
*This is absolutely not suitable for built in hob, even though it looks hybrid, it is not electrical ignition.
Suggestion:
* If you are looking for auto ignition then i recommend you to look for another models
*If you are really liking this whirlpool stove then, please don’t buy auto ignition (you will save 1000rs atleast), on the other hand you could buy and fix it on your own like tilting the ignition to put it on right place to ignite.
