Everything is good. Only problem is water doesn’t stay warm for too long. Gets a lot colder by the end of the day. My previous one was much cheaper but kept the water hot for at least a couple of days.

Good for keeping warm water. Stay warm for 16-20 hra. Product is much stable increases its durability. Cleaning is difficult one need to artificially create a brush to clean inner wall till bottom. I have used for water only. But if any uses for tea or coffee it would be difficult to clean.

Bought this product on 29th September 2024 & found it unsuitable for my use as it is too long & slim & liable to fall easily. So asked them to return it on the same day so that I can buy another more suitable product, but no one has came yet even after requesting 7-8 times. Everything says we will take it from your in next 2-3 times. Even said for sure if no one will come till 14th October we will return your money. We will send investigation team for it. No one came till now & today on 15th on again asking, they are saying our investigation team has found that it was delivered in time so we will not return it. Fraud.. wasted our money & lot of time. Why they have written that the product is returnable.?? & why on calling they were saying that in next 2 days someone will come to pick it up. Even in the market this product is available at cheaper price. Mere wastage of time & money. Disgusting.
