It remains hot for about 3 hours and cold for about 5 hours. That is all. But for that time and purpose the product serves its purpose. Price little more for the quality.

Does what’s it’s supposed to, keeping things hot etc. but how come within 2 months it’s paint is starting to come off, wouldn’t mind it looking old after it gets old not when it’s brand new.
It is a big failure…doesn’t work at all. Wastage of money and nothing else…this product is a big zero..please don’t fall in their trap and don’t purchase it. –
A star less here..probably because of the colour coating..it gets peeled off easily..which is not expected with Borosil range.

Bought it just few days ago. This is a simple cup with a lid on it , completely useless if someone wants to have hot or cold substance for few hours, this cannot keep hot for more than half hour.
Suggests to buy Milton instead
No return policy on it, they make fool of it. Will be not returning or replacment of this product.
