it’s been not working ,and it’s not been even a year

I purchased a electric tiffin box of cello on 15 July 2024 but I have a problem with its top cap is not working, it’s free on tread so the tiffin is not closed during packing, please replace it

Works well. However make sure that all the containers are fitted properly otherwise it leak inside and it’s difficult to clean that unit due to electric plug

Item is good but not excellent. Because inside boxes are not taitend. They are very easily come out. Food also easily come out if carriage fell. Today I am travelling in my car my box kept in back side . Sudden break applied then the box Turned down. My food is come out. If the same was tite clips itt wont happened.
