Great expectations belied. Thermostat is either not there or not working. Auto cut off not happening. Body gets too hot in 45 minutes. Are we supposed to switch off after 30/40 minutes?

After plug in for half an hour food is not getting warm. It’s completely a waste of money…If someone is buying this product to have hot meal then I would recommend not to go for it.

Product is good but problem is, food doesn’t stay hot more than 10 minutes even after plugging for 45 minuit.

Im using it since 2years, mashallah working very good.I leave it on for 40minutes and the food becomes as hot as from the stove or ove.
Those who have posted the pics saying product melted a bit while heating… I think they left it ON for longer time. Use as per instructions. If used properly it can work for 4-5yrs.

Product was as decribed and shown, arrived on time but the heating part is little below expectation but overall very good product. Parents who are working can pack food so that children at the creche can have hot hot food……
