I don’t blame the product. The coefficient of friction between the eggs is not good enough to overcome the component of force due to gravity towards the centre of the earth.
You have to increase the angle of inclination

Ask users to coat their eggs with a lubricant

Concept is good however material construct of product is weak. I received damaged product earlier however it was promptly replaced by Amazon. It works for me however i am doubtful about its longetivity.
