We checked the first bottle by filling it with cold water. The water started to leak from the bottlecap side. It kept leaking and so we didnot open the second one. Please arrange the pickup.

The bottle is nicely insulated, keeps my liquids hot and cold for hours and it’s truly leakage proof. The weight of the bottle is also decent, making it easy to carry around. The color and make is also very premium looking. Been using it for more than a year, extremely happy with the product overall.
Just one problem, the washer of the cap fell down too soon after the purchase, but once I got the cap replaced, it’s been working perfectly well.

Nice Built quality , good to hold with proper grip, the bottle top lock is good tight enough, and the most important not to expensive.

A fantastic product and worth the buy. Very elegant and can store cold/hot water for good time. After months of use, i found the main cap portion is getting rust. I dont know how a steel can rust. Borosil needs to look in to this concern with utmost seriousness.

Handy to pour hot water and drink directly but water hotness remains for a limited time only around 3-4 hours comparing with my existing milton thermosteel bottle which can hold upto 24hr. Not recommend for travelling as it doesn’t serve the basic purpose of keep things hot/cold for long hour.
