Initially I was sceptical how parchment paper works in OTG, and I was not sure if the quality of this product.
I’m happy to say it worked just excellent when we prepared chicken roast in OTG. Previously it used to stick to the tray and cleaning it is a big trouble. But today, even at 180 deg C temperature, the paper didn’t burn or stick.. Clearing the tray is easy, just dispose the used paper. Overall quite happy with this purchase.

The paper is good.
The package design is very nice.
The paper is pulled from thin opening on one corner and can be cut by the blade given on another corner.
Then we can cover this side with another flap to protect the opening and the blade edge.
