The item was purchased in April, 2024 and the vacuum base has become defective within about two months of its use. So, a question naturally arises about the quality of the product. I think, the supplier should replace the same to retain its desired goodwill in the market following due consultation with the manufacturer.

The rubber disk at the bottom slowly deformed and is not sticking to the ground anymore after five months. It was a good product until the suction worked. Also, it was very easy to use. Cleaning is a bit tricky around the round teeth as grated coconut may go inside the grating fixture. But deformation of the bottom rubber is a big problem and it is not worth buying only due to this reason.

Initially it worked great but it that’s inside while the outside is good quality SS, the inner rod and mechanism are poor quality. The rubber is also poor quality.
