Good product but I brought this in Jan 2024 and the on off button which slides up and down is faulty now. Difficult to light without that button operating properly. Can the manufacturer help me here

The product is good in all respects I use it mainly for lighting my incenstick for Puja and gas stove where I need most. Battery life is good and effective easy to handle and you can carry it anywhere at ease.

J’ai acheté ce produit pour mon barbecue à gaz qui reste à l’extérieur toute l’année. Et comme en hiver il fait souvent froid et humide le système Piezo électrique et ne fonctionne pas toujours très bien. J’ai donc décidé d’acheter ce produit pour compenser et je dois dire que je ne suis pas déçu ça fonctionne très bien et en plus il est livré déjà chargé. Il n’y a plus qu’à l’utiliser. Ce qui est très bien je recommande ce produit le rapport qualité prix et tout à fait cohérent.

Very good design of lighter … crystal lighters end up giving spark after a few months use but this lighter is like a work-horse. Once charged fully it goes on for hundreds of time to ignite gas stove. Not limited to gas stove, this lighter is useful to burn candles.
Neck of lighter is flexible and one can flex to desired angle to use it. After use it automatically goes back to sleep mode and saves battery
No risk to burn hand or fingers while using this Plasma Lighter unless deliberately plasma spark us brought into finger or body parts … otherwise this plasma lighter is very easy to use and very handy.
Only draw back is plastic body that as such os tough but can not take drop from a small height
Blue LED on lighters body is useful indicator for inbuilt rechargeable battery level

Schnelle Lieferung, bis jetzt funktioniert das Teil. Aber wie lange? Nach mehrfachen Käufen von diversen Anzündern bin ich nun gespannt, ob dieses USB aufladbare, elektronisch geregelte Gerät auch wirklich hält, was es verspricht.

This lighter is very unique, it has what appears to be an arc that goes from point to point that you hold against a wick. You slide a little slider button along, three blue lights light up, then press on another button to ignite it, it’s very user friendly. The long bendable neck is great for hurricane candle glass sleeves. It charges by plugging it in to a USB port and the charge does last a long while. It’s safer to use than matches or other lighters and not difficult, I think you will like it.
