Been using for about a month now it’s still sharp and easy to cut no rust or anything looks great but be careful if u have just shifted to this type of knife
Obviously use a chopping wood or else you’ll harm yourself

This is a Japanese brand and made in India. It lives up to the standards. A very good knife. It actually is very sharp and chopping vegetables gives a blissful feeling like the chopping shown in the TV shows. Let me try to put the Pros and Cons.

Sharpness – Very sharp. It passes the paper test and the single handed tomato slicing test. It has been a meditative experience for me. (4.5/5)
Sturdiness – Very sturdy. Don’t mistake this with heaviness. The knife is light. It is sturdy in the cuts and doesn’t give a wobbly feel while you cut. (4/5)
Material – The blade is made of good quality stainless steel. When you clean the knife soon after chopping and wipe it with dry cloth, the shine remains longer. The handle is made of good quality plastic.

Sharpness – yes if not handled properly, the sharpness could be a con. it can cause you injury. Don’t chop the vegetables quickly. It is no harm in going slowly and steadily. That way you get a good cut of the vegetables and you shall be working safely.
A piece of advise, please get a sturdy chopping board which does not move and stays firm on the surface to complement this knife. That way the cuts would be precise and the chances of getting injured are reduced.
Overall a great knife at this price. It is a good investment for home kitchens.

Loved the ease of cutting veggies for my dinner. I run low on time and this surely helps me save time for chopping my veggies. Only thing to keep it long lasting is to clean the knife and wipe it dry with a cloth and use a chopping wooden board for cutting purposes.

The Knife was very sharpened and good in quality when it delivered to me, I honestly said this knife is a beast for you in this kind of price range, It contains handle with a metal ring which give it very strong feel and premium feel when anyone looks along its sharp edges.

Plz don’t have super high expectations in terms of weight distribution. Does the job really well. Extremely sharp when new, gradually sharpness might decrease slightly, but nothing major.
Caution: it’s extremely sharp when new, handle carefully. Will get used to it over time.

It’s not as good as the initial KAI quality. There’s definitely lack of performance compared to the originals. Could be used for chopping vegetables.
