Note: it comes unpolished
How to use:
Soak rice (chawal), chana daal (gram lentil) for 3-4 hr (use 6 normal house spoon)
To polish
soak it in fresh water 1 hr
wash it with a plastic spool
Don’t use detergent or soap
First grind in order
Grind 2 spoon rice to fine paste
Wash with plastic spool
Then 2 spoon dal to fine paste
Wash with plastic spool
Repeat 2 more time
Wash
Now Grind 2 spoon salt
Finally
Grind some green chillies and garlic
Note wash after each grind no need to wipe
You will finally have a perfect polished product

Received in a very nice eco friendly packaging. The stone used is of good quality. When seasoning no sand particals were seen , the rice was ground to a very fine paste and the colour of rice didn’t change . Within one day I started using it. One sugestion – Seasoning instruction manual must be given .
