Product is fulfilling its purpose expectedly till now.
But within 2-3 days of usage there are formation of white lines in the handle joints…which I am afraid may lead to its breaking in the long run…

I got this around 5 months back . It is well made Shape is uniform, easy to pour into glasses, doesn’t have much of mud smell/ taste ( I had this issue with few others I bought).
Wish came in bigger size though, right now it store around 6-7 glasses of water , so needs to be refilled frequently depending on how much water you drink.

I think this is a pretty good pot that holds cool water and balances ph level of the water for improved gut benefits. I enjoyed drinking water from it.

The workmanship of this jug is quite good. You can fell that from its weight.
But I think earthen pots are better at cooling water naturally. This jug brings water to a slight cool, not much though.
All in all a good purchase.

Purchased it last week. Product came extremely well packed. Soaked it for more than 24 hours and then started using it. Very comfortable to hold and pour. Cools the water as desired after 5-6 hours .Little less as compared to huge round traditional matka but serves the purpose. Happy with the purchase as quality is indeed very good !!

The product is good in appearance,retains taste and no leakage . In summer storing water makes the water very cool and unlike fridge water we do not catch cold.we can make juice and add this water .

First time I received it, it was poorly packed inside and hence broken. But the replacement was sent immediately and very happy with it. It’s perfect sized for me and it makes the water super cool and is great for summers. I have 2 very old mitti bottles (different seller) but I needed something slightly bigger and this solved that problem.
For whatever reason this one does not seem too porus for water to naturally seep out and accumulate (its a good thing as for my older mitti bottles I need to put it on a tray for the mess it creates)).
Overall very happy with the purchase.

This product is the most expensive and the lowest quality on Amazon.
I bought this item. It is not as shown in the picture, it is small and it arrived in broken condition. Very thin clay water jug .Tested the quality of this clay water jug. Chemicals are mixed for color. The test report says that if you drink the water in it, you will get more than a hundred new diseases.
Now it’s your choice.
