Packaging was excellent so was the delivery but I found chipped edge on one plate, irremovable black spot in a bowl, the long salad tray has severe problem with misaligned prints & overall in many pieces there were minor printing problems like overlapped ink, missed ink spot etc. Certain dimensions of plates and dishes were found a little smaller than mentioned (~5-10mm). I know it’s a tremendous value for money product but that doesn’t gives excuse for such quality control issues (had to replace the items with another lot).
Otherwise the print design was ecstatic and timeless. The colour combination was surreal. Of course microwave safe but use sponge to wash & don’t use harsh chemicals or scrubber. Oil and turmeric gets washed off easily. Will not get scratched easily with metal cutlery but surely handle with care.

Keep them away from kids they definitely are lightweight but also delicate one fall and it will break into pieces otherwise it’s really good very elegant luckily my crockery were in a good condition i have to host a dinner party at my place tonight i took risk and i was glad to find them in a proper condition thank you for sending me in a days time appreciate it

At first the box that I got had two broken plates. I placed a replacement order and the new box that got delivered had perfect pieces. What I wish to tell prospective buyers is that this is a wonderful deal and you should definitely go for it. The design is chic but classic. And even if anything goes wrong Amazon is always there to help!
