I really like this hotbox compared to previous ones I’ve used. I cook early in the morning, and we usually eat around 2 o’clock. It keeps the food fresh and hot until then, unlike my experiences with other hotboxes.

I have purchased 1500ml of the same product which is very good. But when I received this (2500ml) there was no amazon packaging. It just came in the box. While using realised, it was tough to close and open it. If the lid is not put in a certain angle it does not close properly. Unfortunately I had washed the casserole & therefore didn’t return it. I feel a defective product was sent. Else the product as such is good and easy to handle (previous experience)
