The lid is not fitting. Pan remains open. Unable to return as the return window closed.

The replacement product received was also damaged and on the third occasion never received a replacement despite asking for an exchange.

Came broken both the piece we had ordered were broke bend and shapeless the glass broke just in the 1st wash even before using. Thank god no one was injured
