The coating wore off in single use. When I tried to return the item, the status updated as “item tag missing” while no one attempted to pick up the item. I need refund !

After first wash, the pot developed some serious rust both inside and outside of it. This is not what one expects from Bergner. They should immediately recall the product from Amazon else they will lose their market share.
Please do not buy these cast iron products, made from recycled metals in PRC.

Size is good for family of 4-5. The surface finish is bit rough. Could have been polished at least inside instead of as cast finish. After few use we like this item for daily use. A good buy if someone prefers cast iron cookware.
