Can create a dent of dropped from height. But good quality.

The product quality is good and Milton offers 1 year warranty on manufacturing issues (printed on box). But the functionality is not that good, doesn’t keep roti warm for more than 40-45 minutes. Sides and top lid get warm when there is something hot inside like some normal utensil. The lid is not leak proof either, if you put water then close the lid, try to turn it around, water drops will come out from the slight gaps where upper and lower body meets. So it doesn’t seal completely, how can it store heat for longer. Should have been a rubber gasket near the face to seal it completely. It’s slightly better than normal utensil, no need to spend this much money better to use utensil available at home.
