Product finishing ok handle not welded only used rivet ss casserole they used aluminium rivet pin it’s supposed to come welded then ok but there used revet and the main problem this we can’t keep hot foods once will keep hot foods the out side surface will come hot and also after one hour it will come normal / cool it’s means manufacturers not insulated with Thermo cool/ any poly insulation materials on the inside or sandwich therefore the heat not resisting and outer layer is coming hot and inside not maintain hot so the food become cool .then what is the use we are keeping hot foods atleast one hour the original temperature can maintain is useful. Actually what is definition of casserole .we want to keep hot foods inside it will manage the temperature then is useful. It’s mean not useful to keep hot foods , I am simply saying not good for my excepted usage .

Very good product. Received in good packaging. There was no dent, scratches or no defect noticed. However, it is smaller in size with comparison to my old 2500 ml one.
As of now I am Satisfied.
