Don’t get me wrong. It does what it’s meant to do fabulously. It retains heat almost double the time normal cups would (thanks to steel). But the build quality needs to be worked upon. The steel is getting bend in few cups (needs quality check) also the whole steel part is coming out(needs goods quality adhesive) – overall this is a good product
