Super disappointed! I ordered this while my mum was visiting India so she could bring it back for me. Due to covid-19 lockdown she was stuck in India for over 8 months and when I finally received it, I was so gutted that there is a hole on the surai. As soon as you fill with water, you can see the water leaking from a small hole. As it was past the return date there was nothing I could do about it. Very unfortunate as it is such a pretty surai, something I’ve been looking for a long time and was elated when I came across it on Amazon. My poor mum lugged it from India to London (where she lives) and then sent it to me to the US via cargo, paying thousands of rupees. Such a waste of money. Amazon should really hold such vendors responsible for inferior and faulty/damaged products. I also ordered a pressure cooker and it is also defective and for the same reasons I’m unable to return and get my money back.

Même si le produit affiche quelques imperfections sous le pichet ainsi qu’à l’intérieur. (Tâches d’oxydation) je suis très satisfait du délai de livraison et de la qualité du produit.

So disappointed with this product. So much money is charged for a faulty item. It had been bashed and black spots everywhere. I wanted to return it but couldn’t be bothered. I washed with lemon and soda for a long while still black marks have not gone.

I love the look of it. however, it’s difficult to clean the bottom of the vessel. rest of the part can be cleaned with pitambari proprely but the inside part is difficult.
