The coffee maker randomly stopped working 2 days after the return period was over. No idea why. The power is on but the coffee won’t brew. Ridiculous!
Edit (November 2023): Increased rating to 2 stars.
After several phone calls, messages and emails, a local company verified that the product I received had a defective circuit board. Now it has been replaced with a brand new machine.
Edit (December 27, 2023): Back to 1 star
Raised another complaint with no possibility of a return. The second device that the technician delivered after the first faulty device has the same problem. What a joke!
Edit (May 26, 2024:): Upgrading to 3 stars because I received a fully functional product in February and it has been working everyday so far.

It’s been 6 months purchased this product and it’s been Hardly used may be 3 or 4 times, it’s not working and water is not getting warm and transferred to main filter

Bought it last year, so have used the product for a while now, quite regularly. While it makes a decent cup of coffee, the product quality is very plasticky and brittle. Even the pot that comes with the coffee machine is made of a very thin glass and can break easily while washing, so please be careful.
Abruptly stopped working one day, and Philips customer service is absolutely terrible. Had to take it to couple of service centres to be told either they don’t have the spare parts required to repair, or the cost of repair itself could pay for a new product. Refused to replace even though warranty was in place.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this product.

– Coffee machine is simple to use and clean
– Comes with all accessories that are required
– You get good result for large quantities i.e. if you brew 5 cups it will taste better than if you brew 2 cups of coffee in the machine.
