I recently purchased an inverter and have been impressed with its overall performance and build quality. The inverter itself is reliable and functions well, providing a consistent power supply during outages. However, the accompanying trolley is a major letdown. It’s made of very low-quality plastic, which feels flimsy and unreliable. It’s disappointing that such a good product comes with such a poorly made accessory. If you buy this inverter, be prepared to find a sturdier trolley elsewhere.

Installation team called us next day and enquired if we had an inverter/ups point at home as a pre requisite. We built an UPS/Inverter Point switch box as per the circuit diagram before the installation team arrived. The installation engineer connected the box to the main distribution board and the installation process went smooth and completed under 15 min.

My One of the worst decision, buying battery inverter online.
After 10 days it started showing issues and inverter shut down. When contacted customer service, they denied to arrange for replacement after 7 days of delivery, citing company policy.
They told me to contact service centre which I had to eventually.
When I tried to reach to senior management of customer service, they talked to me but were very very rude as if I was asking for anything free…
Just after 10 days of making such huge investment, I had to take help from service warranty.
They also display that installation is free. But I realized after installation man came that, I could have done it myself. It was just assembling. He refused to add any extra wire/plug/board. So it’s not installation but basic assembling of product.
Please think hundred times before buying battery/inverter online.

Good product. The trolley is really useful. Easy installation and the delivery experience was very good. Looks good, Battery was as heavy as expected for a lead acid battery. Good battery life as far as I’ve seen. I’d say it’s worth the price.
