We have ordered sewing machine on 26th September & received defective product on 30th September .We connecting with customer service since starting but our complaint not resolved by them,they neither replace nor returned the defective product.Very bad experience with Amazon service.I personally suggest u all to purchase from local market at least they’ll resolve your issues promptly.
