I’m torn about my experience with this air fryer. Initially, I was excited to try it out, but unfortunately, it arrived damaged right out of the box. I was disappointed, but I hoped for a smooth resolution through customer service.
After multiple calls and some persistence, I’m pleased to say that the company did replace the defective unit with a new one.
However, the ordeal was frustrating and time-consuming. I wish the quality control had been better, so I didn’t have to go through the hassle.
On the bright side, the new air fryer works well, and I’m enjoying the healthy cooking options it provides.
To potential buyers, I’d say: be aware of the potential for damage, but also know that the company will work with you to resolve issues. Just be prepared for some extra effort.
