The Philips Digital Air Fryer HD9252/90 does a wonderful job of making healthier versions of fried foods. It’s easy to use, produces tasty results, and has definitely changed the way I snack! Here’s why it didn’t quite earn a perfect five stars from me:
Pros:
Delicious and Guilt-Free: Foods come out crispy with minimal oil, offering a healthier alternative to deep frying.
User-Friendly: Clear touchscreen controls and the preset cooking programs make operation a breeze.
Good Capacity: The 4.1L size is perfect for cooking for my family of three, or preparing snacks for a small gathering.
Easy Cleanup: The removable basket and parts are dishwasher safe.
Cons:
Can be noisy: The fan creates a noticeable hum when in use.
Pricey: This model sits on the higher end of the air fryer price range.
Overall: If you’re serious about eating healthier without sacrificing flavor, I highly recommend the Philips Digital Air Fryer HD9252/90. The few minor gripes aside, it is a fantastic tool. If the price isn’t a deterrent and you can live without a few convenience features, you won’t be disappointed.

The Philips Air Fryer HD9252 is a great addition to the kitchen, offering easy operation and healthy cooking with little to no oil. It crisps food well and cooks evenly, but the basket size is a bit small for larger families. Overall, it’s a convenient and efficient air fryer for everyday use.

Btw, I wonder they designed a long “plastic tail” behind it to protect the power cable, which would easily break even before the product reaches you 🙂 Philips, pls get a better ergonomics designer 😀

Haven’t been able to make too many dishes till now, but thats because i am not much of a cook and my wife isn’t comfortable around new gadgets, sadly. But whatever we were able to manage (mostly morning/evening snacks), it was great. It requires a little getting used to, the online recepies don’t work as is and need a little tweaking. And if you have a few bad batches, (which you most certainly will in the beginning), it feels like a total waste of money. But once you get a hang of it, you will start loving it. Plus benefit of eating much less oil will want you to eat worryfree and more.
The operation is pretty straightforward, select a preset menu or set temperature and time. Its as simple as that. Cooks really fast and with just a sprinkle of oil.
This model has decent capacity and power for my use. The baskets are dishwasher friendly, which is a big benefit for me. It makes the cleaning hassel free.
There is no additional accessory included in package which is a little disappointment. There are other airfryers with much less price that provide same value, so the higher price just for the brand name is a little excessive.
Overall its a great product, just needs a little patience for first time users.
